Dear Diana,

Thanks for the great help in getting our home ready for showing. When we decided to put it on the market, we had no clue what other people would be expecting to see, or what they'd view as clutter. We took your advice, and it worked! Because of making some basic changes that you recommended, we had numerous heartwarming comments from the agents who showed the house.  "This is an easy house to show," and "this is a very clean home," were written comments we came home to find after two of the showings. And, we sold the house!
